Contact enquiries
Contact submissions pass through Kontab’s website service and email provider to the Kontab inbox. They are protected by spam controls and are not written to your Kontab books, customer records, or accounting reports. The email provider and inbox process the message under their retention practices.
Optional measurement
Optional measurement uses privacy-focused website analytics for page visits and selected actions. It requires opt-in and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Contact-form details and message contents are not attached to those events. You can review your choice on the privacy preferences page.
Submission delivery
The on-page confirmation means the website accepted the enquiry for delivery. Email provider acceptance is not proof that a message reached the inbox. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website keeps your text on screen so you can retry or email the team directly.
