Returns and refunds

Store policy

Return and refund policy This policy covers products and services bought through this online store. It does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Contact us using the store contact details if a product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, or if a service was not provided as agreed. Where a problem is confirmed, we will offer a fair remedy such as repair, replacement, rebooking, store credit, or a refund. Change-of-mind returns for unused products may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. Completed services are generally not refundable unless we failed to deliver what was agreed. Where a refund is due, this store arranges payment. Kontab currently cannot refund the original OPay card; we will use another supported method and record the refund. Ask the store if you are unsure how this policy applies to your order.
