Refunds and other remedies are provided by this store in accordance with its published policy and applicable law. Kontab currently cannot send a refund back to the original OPay card. Where a refund is due, the store arranges payment by another supported method and records it in Kontab. A store credit is not proof that money was sent back.
If an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos if helpful. Approved returns are processed as a store credit or a refund paid by bank transfer, cash, or another method we arrange with you. We cannot refund the original card payment through OPay. Refund timing depends on how we return the money and your bank’s processing time. Sale items, custom/made-to-order goods, and opened perishable items may not be returnable unless required by law. Shipping or delivery fees are only refunded when we made a fulfilment error.
